Meet Charley
There was nowhere like this when she needed it.
Grow and Glow began after founder Charley reached crisis point with her own mental health and later received a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder.
Professional support mattered, but outside clinical settings she could not find a regular women only space where people could simply be honest.
So she created one. Grow and Glow did not fix her. It gave women a place to feel less alone while finding their own way forward.
Where we are now
One group became a growing community.
Every session is shaped by the same values: respect, confidentiality, honesty and care.
