You are not alone. We understand how tough it can be to struggle with your mental health, and you don’t have to face it by yourself. Our community is here to listen, support, and remind you that your feelings matter. Whether you need a space to share or just want to be around others who understand, we welcome you.
We meet every Wednesday from 19:00 - 20:30 across Surrey.
