We’re a free peer support group just for women, offering a cozy space to chat, connect, and truly be heard. We get that mental health struggles can be tough, and you don’t have to face them alone.

Our community is here to listen, support, and remind you that your feelings matter. Whether you’re looking to share or just want to be around others who understand, we’re here for you.

When and Where We Meet
