Charley created Grow and Glow following her own mental health experience and recognising a lack of accessible peer support spaces for women.
After spending time in a mental health facility and receiving a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, she saw how isolating things can feel outside of clinical support.
Grow and Glow was created to offer a consistent, informal space where women can connect and feel less alone. Charley remains closely involved in supporting facilitators and guiding the growth of the groups.

Naomi supports our group in Epsom. She joined Grow and Glow while looking for a supportive space where she could talk openly and feel understood.
The sense of belonging within the group had a lasting impact, and she stepped into the facilitator role to help create the same environment for other women.
Naomi values honesty, connection, and holding a welcoming space each week.

Mel Facilitates group in Wilmslow (our first group in the North!!)
She discovered Grow and Glow while fundraising for Andy’s Man Club, and was drawn to the honesty and understanding at the heart of the space. After experiencing a very difficult period in her life, she recognised how important it is to have somewhere you can show up without needing the right words.
Mel became a facilitator because she believes deeply in peer support and in women supporting one another. She looks forward to welcoming women in Wilmslow and helping create a warm, supportive space where people can pause, connect, and feel less alone.

Tasha supports our group in Reigate.
